Climator unit SMAR TBOX

The SMARTBOX insert-type proofing box is designed for proofing and delayed proofing of products on baking trays. It is suitable for self-assembled proofing boxes and features an independent heating and humidifying system to ensure optimal temperature and humidity inside the proofing box. It is equipped with a special electronic steam control system, which is durable and easy to operate.
